Text Opt-In COUPON PROMOTION
You must text DIYCRAFT to 28748 from your mobile phone to opt-in and receive your one time use coupon code. This coupon CAN NOT be combined with Free Shipping Option or Other Coupon Codes. You must enter the code at checkout and select an option other than Free Shipping to redeem. (Selecting Free Shipping after entering this code automatically cancels this coupon)
This coupon discount will not apply to excluded items in your cart. Exclusions Include Dixie Belle Products, Clearance Products, Kettle Corn, and Paint Kits.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS (Including Coupons):
Shipping promotions such as Free Shipping are not available for any products in our Dixie Belle Products Category. Please order Dixie Belle Products on a separate order when using Free Shipping promotions. We will have to contact you and collect shipping for these products prior to shipping which can slow order processing and fulfillment.
Shipping promotions are good for non-expedited shipping services only. We will choose the most suitable carrier for the delivery for you.
If you are eligible for Free Shipping but choose an expedited service, you will be contacted to pay upgraded shipping before we can ship your order. Please avoid this. This will slow down fulfillment of your order.
Coupon Codes can only be applied during the order process from the cart. If it does not seem to be working properly, please contact us before finalizing your order.
Coupon Codes are Valid through stated dates only and can not be retroactively applied and
Coupon Codes that are sent to customers who are opted into our marketing newsletters or text promotions lists will not be given out by phone.
Coupon Codes can not be combined.
Category Coupons will only apply a discount to the products in the category specified.
Standard Exclusions to coupon codes when not specified are: Dixie Belle Products, Kettle Corn, Paint Products, Paint Kits, and items for sale in the Clearance category.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Estimated Shipping/Processing time: 2-4 business days.(Business days Mon-Fri).
Dixie Belle Paint & products will ship from a different location and will NOT be included in you box from Build-A-Cross. They are also not included or eligible for any discount codes or shipping promotions. In Store Pick Up is also unavailable for Dixie Belle products.
Please note that we do not guarantee a cancellation window. We will do our best if we are contacted within 2 hours of order placement to cancel an order during office hours. After 2 hours, you will need to wait until the order is shipped to you and return it.
Once you receive the package, you may REFUSE it or RESHIP it back to us at 8880 Industrial Dr, Bastrop LA, 71220. To attempt cancellation email email@example.com or call 855.992.7677 Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Because our order fulfillment is in some cases a matter of minutes and production & shipping continue beyond office hours, once we ship we will only be able to credit product cost once returned to us in sellable condition. Build-A-Cross is not liable for shipping cost to orders that could not be cancelled.
Please note!!! You may NOT add any items to an order by internal notes, emails, phone, or fax. Place a new order for additional items.
Once we receive the package back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for sellable items.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- -within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
- -must not be a special, personalized, or custom order(i.e. Names, 3 Letter Monograms, Monograms with any names)
Some items cannot be returned or have a different return policy time period as noted in that item's particular item description or category. Our general return policy does not pertain to anything with product specific exclusions(i.e. Clearance Category)
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Email: Support@build-a-cross.com. Items that are defective OR fulfilled incorrectly may qualify for a refund or reship. When a reship is warranted at our expense, we will pay for standard shipping only to re-send the items. We can not pay to expedite shipping even when we are at fault.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
